Pricing

We sell beef by the cut, as well as by the whole animal, half, or quarter.  Our price for the whole, half, or quarter is $5.00 per pound, based on the hanging weight.  This price includes butcher’s fees for a standard cut.

Specialty or custom cuts can be arranged if you call or email and we can discuss pricing. 

We use the hanging weight for bulk pricing, their are several reasons that we do this, if you have questions, please contact us.
